Objectives

5.1 Engage and inform stakeholders of the poultry and swine production chain and general public on aims and results of MonoGutHealth research;

5.2 Publish research results in top tire journals;

5.3 Present novel findings at national and international conferences.

Tasks

Methodology

Task 5.1

Approve the CDE plan at the project kick-off meeting and distribute in form of a written, implementable methodology.

Task 5.2

The non-disclosure agreements will be distributed and signed by all relevant Partners of the MonoGutHealth project. The procedure for intellectual property protection and exploitation of project results will be established and approved.

Task 5.3

Contact current European consortia addressing topics of monogastric production and/or OneHealth, to extend the list of existing MonoGutHealth stakeholders.

Task 5.5

Inform the identified secondary stakeholders about MonoGutHealth. Organise awareness events to gain insights from primary stakeholders on possible dialogue channels. The detailed strategy for these events will be established by WP5 leader at the Pre-Meeting, discussed by the PMT and presented to the SB at the Kick-off meeting.

Young researchers will be reached by social media, short awareness-discussion workshops at universities and through the recruitment process. Industrial stakeholders will be reached by personal contacts and questionnaires to get feedback on their general and specific expression of interests in MonoGutHealth results and establish contacts for further dissemination activities through the project life cycle.

Methodology

Task 5.6

After 12 mo into the ESR projects and relying on feedback from primary stakeholders, the initial CDE PLAN will be re-evaluated, adapted and re-approved by the SB, allowing efficient knowledge transfer of results to the primary and secondary stakeholders [mo 18].

Task 5.7

Organise dissemination events together with WP leaders to present ESR project results. All ESRs will be responsible to present results of their individual research projects. The dissemination events will be designed to reach various the target audience.

Task 5.8

Publish results in excellent scientific journals. A minimum of 2 papers/ESR is expected. Progress monitored by PMT (twice a year based on report of UTP) and validated by the SB.

Task 5.9

Present findings (oral or poster presentation) at national and international conferences. Progress monitored by PMT (twice a year based on report of UTP) and validated by the SB.
